To be considered for our referral program, you will need to take certain steps:
Step 1- Look at the companies and the jobs that you aspire to work at. Then stack up your skills and education against the desired jobs' requirements.
Step 2- If the skills the job needs are not on your resume, then you will have to upskill before you can apply for those jobs.
Step 3- Look for related educational courses and once done learning, ask about our referral program.
Step 4- Once we have your request for the referral program, we will work with you to improve your resume and refer you for the desired job through our network of industry professionals.
